Challenge

We mapped all data processing activities across academic administration, HR, and IT systems. From that mapping, we developed a privacy policy, data retention schedule, internal handling procedures, and training materials calibrated to the college's staff profile.
Result
A complete governance framework delivered within four weeks. Staff training conducted in two sessions. The college now has documentation it can maintain and update independently as its operations evolve.

Cross-Border Data Transfer Review
Challenge
A mid-sized technology company was transferring customer data to cloud service providers and processing partners in Singapore, India, and the United States. They were unsure whether these transfers were PDPA-compliant.
Approach
